I’m prone to anxiety and depression, so over the years I’ve learned to hone the prescription I need to keep my mind strong and healthy. Regular exercise, lots of yoga, plenty of sleep, eating well, meditation or mindfulness exercises, a finely tuned balance of ‘up’ time socialising and ‘down’ time to myself, and top-up therapy every so often.

Every person has their own prescription. Make time to discover yours.
